Ariz. governor vetoes bill shielding names of officers

You didn't say it, but your arguments sound like you are saying it. Hence our confusion and questions.

You still have not cleared anything up.

"Saying "let's arrest drunk drivers" is vey different than saying "let's arrest drivers."" What? Not sure what you are saying or getting at here. Seems a random sentence without meaning. Sorry.

"He may not have deserved to die, but the police took reasonable actions, and he did anyway." = warrant for the murder.... so again, yes, you ARE saying that.... ZERO reasonable actions were taken in this specific case. I.e. context, as you argue.

And I know full well how imperfect our world is. That has nothing to do with this. It's just a constant. A man casually walking through a shop that sells fake guns being shot for holding such a gun is not made OK because 'the world is imperfect'. It sounds like you find it hard to live with the truth that this man was murdered by the police. There is no good argument (please feel free to argue anyway) for shooting that man. (But, there are many arguments for why and how this happened. I do not, personally, blame the police officer that took the shot. I bet he truly believed he was in danger and 'protecting people' from a man with a loaded gun. If not, he's a sick cold blooded murderer, and while I'm a huge cynic and think ALL people are capable of pure evil, I also do give the benefit of the doubt in such cases. He shot because the 'gang' he was part of made the situation he was in a lot more 'complex' and scary than it was in reality. But that is beside the point)

And statistically, while you may be surprised it doesn't happen more often, the rest of the developed world is appalled at the American 'killed by police' rate. Yes, again, context matters, and the USA and it's culture differs to others', but again, none of this, to me or anyone arguing with you, warrants the execution of a man in a wal-mart doing nothing but being a shopper (and black). Which, of course, as you keep saying, you are not saying... only to then, say that exact thing, with different words.
