I actually got in touch with a rep on this matter yesterday! I still haven't received mine but both my boyfriend, best friend and a family friend finally did. When I called to inquire about this, the guy (Nice fella trying his best to help me) said that they very barely recently re-worked and re-implemented a new "loss wages" branch to handle all of this and play catch-up. He said it actually ended up in tons of people getting their owed money this past week. He said that in the next 2 weeks to come the latter half of people are supposed to be getting their money. Told me I could definitely expect to see it soon. Soooo Maybe that was an unsure and empty promise (I can't tell with these reps anymore) but he did sound really sincere and genuine. Fingers crossed- rooting for ya :)
