The US Army asks a question on Twitter and it doesn't go how they planned

I have a love hate relationship with the military. There were days when I wanted to jump out the window. There were days when I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else. I should of tried more. I should of tried less. It’s a great job retirement wise if u can stick it to which is not easy. Think about it if you like. You would be retired by 38. Plus va. Plus another job. You be making at least 129k. Half tax free. There is a lot of bumps in between that and you. But it’s so do able. I seen dudes making 110k. Plus their retirement. Plus their disability. That’s 180 k for the rest of ur life. If u stick with it. There is many pros. Like some one said. It’s better than a lot of options for some of us. Do I wish I stayed in. For the benefits I do. But it would of been difficult. I remember waking up in cold sweats one day after I dreamt I had to go back in. That’s never happened to me before or after. There is a lot of unclassified ptsd for a bunch of us. But I think that’s just cause we are in control now. Sometimes that’s not easy.
