I was watching the government propaganda series The F.B.I. Files the other week, and interestingly the episode featured this case.

A few observations from this "conspiracy theorist":

--How is it that Richard Allen Davis entered the Klaas home before over-powering and then abducting these children without anyone in the family hearing a sound?

--Why didn't police arrest Davis on October 1, despite every indication that he had been driving under the influence?

--Who was Richard Allen Davis? Why does his life story and criminal record read like someone who has been conditioned for violence? Is it a huge coincidence that he was committed to hospitals such as Vacaville and Napa State at a time when these institutions were engaged in brutal 'behavior modification' experiments? Were such activities also occurring while he was - like Dahmer, Heidnik and DeSalvo - stationed with the U.S. Army in Germany? Were they occurring when Vacaville released him into an "alcohol treatment program" run by the Veterans Administration, which was deeply involved in this research?

--Is it another huge coincidence that Davis was living in Ukiah at the time of the kidnapping? This was also where: (a) Kenneth Parnell took kidnapping victim Steven Stayner (whose brother Cary later became a 'serial killer'), after keeping him at the Yosemite Lodge - a few hundred yards from where his notoriously cruel grandfather lived. (b) The People's Temple - a mind control cult with known U.S. intelligence connections - had once been based, and left shortly before Parnell arrived there with Stayner. (c) [Lt. Col. Michael Aquino, a top U.S. Army officer, psychological warfare specialist, and leader of one of the largest satanic churches in America, was charged with child molestation.

--Why were authorities able to sentence Davis to death on the basis of a jailhouse confession delivered without the presence of his attorney?

--Why did Marc Klaas essentially become an agent of FOX News afterward?
