I normally try to stay out of these threads, but this is just ridiculous:
A couple months ago, - Hotaru - and their friend - Doge- took the top two HDDT plays on Gangsta. Both plays stayed up for quite a while, and eventually attracted some attention. There was a discussion about Doge's score (and a bit about Hotaru) in this reddit thread
A couple weeks later, one of Hotaru's liveplays is posted, and someone calls out Hotaru's and Doge scores again. Hotaru states that they and their friends aren't multiaccounters, hackers, etc: link
Doge was later banned. Hotaru recently said it was for multiaccounting on their ask.fm: link
Five of Hotaru's top 10 scores were set about a month ago, within 45 minutes of each other. There are other spikes in plays going back in time.
Aside from the Gangsta score, there are other DT plays that stand out. For example, the score on BLACK or WHITE is twice as accurate as the next closest player, My Angel Enju. The score on Homebound (one of those five top ranks set in 45 minutes) is the only DT FC, and players like Rafis or isokasapupuja's accuracy isn't even close.
So maybe, just maybe, they're an offline player good enough to chain top ranks and set DT scores that top 10 players have difficulty making, who just happens to be friends with another player (who had similar scores) who was banned for reasons they lied about earlier. But I kind of doubt it.
