if by 'competetive aspect' you mean 'strictly no PvP' then Dissidia Final Fantasy Opera Omnia. Granblue Fantasy, Sdorica Sunset, and Girls Frontline doesn't have PvP per se but they do have competitive aspects, although all three of them doesn't really pit you against other players directly like what a PvP mode would do and instead you just have to accumulate more points than than other players (Guild Wars for GBF, Wonderland Trials for Sdorica, and some events for GFL). Azur Lane have PvP but you literally don't have to tryhard it since it has no weekly rewards (although your points does reset and climbing back up would give you point rewards)
