I bought 100 total of what was labeled 200 and 250mg crystal DNP. It came hand-packed in clear gelatin caps all mixed up in the same bag. I weighed a pretty decent sample of them, and accounting for the empty cap (which weighed 0.1g), the weight of the powder in the caps ranged from 0.28g-0.36g (so full caps weighed (0.38g-0.46g).

I still plan to take them (I’ve done a few rounds of DNP at this point, usually take 250-375 for 1-2 weeks and I feel fine) but I’m wondering if you have an idea about the dosage of these. I heard crystal vs powder weight is different because of moisture so I’m wondering if that was factored into these caps.

Does 0.3 g of crystal DNP powder weight translate to a 250 or 300 mg dosage?

Until I hear back from you guys, I’m writing on the the safe side and assuming the seller overfilled the caps and that these are approx 300mg dose (I’m weighing each one before I take it and keeping written track)
