Ask r/India: What according to you is Modi's real agenda? [R]

Modi is a megalomaniac like Trump.

He has sacrificed his personal pleasures of family and vices in order to become powerful.

Normal people like you and me have various vices to keep us busy and we do not have that strong a will. We like entertainment, booze, women, reading crazy listicles, socialising, music, travel and food.

Modi has systematically suppressed most of these desires (not removed) and channelled all his energies into attaining "fame", "glory", power and permanent immortality as a "great leader".

The man is a "tapasvi" - one who does penance regularly.

But, his aim is neither peace, nor happiness, nor the good of the world. He wants to become supreme. He has the God complex.

In his mind he is today's Ram. In reality this is exactly what Ravan was.

This behaviour is not uncommon because underlying it is a biological disorder called psychopathy which can be diagnosed with a few types of brain scans. He also seems to have mania, loves to do theatre and grandstanding.

Going off-topic here:

If you see the Star Wars movies, you find the Jedi order and the Sith.

In the Jedi, they believe in community decisions and the needs of everyone and alleviating suffering. They believe in cooperation and benevolence and compassion even though they stay away from passion, emotion and attachment as far as possible.

The Sith also stay away from attachment, but that is because attachment to anyone or anything gives their enemy a way to weaken them.

The Sith are also "tapasvi" - they do hard penance - they strip themselves of all identity and focus on only one thing - power and control over everyone and everything.

Jedi power structures are horizontal - committees presided by groups of masters.

Sith power structures are vertical - one person at the top orders people below, who in turn order their subordinates. In the Sith way, anyone below you and next to you is dispensable. Your superior is not dispensable because he will kill you. When you get enough skills and power to usurp your superior, you do so and then you become the ruling Sith master.

The BJP and modi have followed exactly like the Sith.

Advani was the earlier master who Modi usurped due to power. Both are bachelors and both are only for their personal gain and glory.

The Sith ultimate is quite fearful - the Rule of Two says that the entire Sith order was killed by infighting leaving only two - an all powerful master and his chosen loyal apprentice (who is permanently dispensable until he kills his master).

Finally, once in a while the Sith Master realises that sometimes even one other Sith apprentice is dangerous - so he just rules alone over mere mortals with no power - this is the Rule of One - perfected by the Japanese Emperor of World War 2.

Modi in his mind is the Sith Master, with all kinds of power and limitless ambition to rule. He forgets that he can die one say. He is unfortunately reminded of the fact that elections need to be addressed in order to be in power. And therefore, every election is a Sith battle to win.

This is why Modi is always in election mode because an election is the only thing left to take away his power - he has elimnated all rival Sith in his party who could one day rise to power.

His apprentice though is Yogi, that too because UP has the maximum seats in LS polls.

The other place where you find the Sith system is gangs and underworld. Only one can rule.

This is why a country with people that marry should never elect a "bachelor" type to rule. Because he can go Sith at any time - intoxicated with power. There is nothing to pull such a leader back from megalomania.

Tomorrow if Trump really goes out of hand and nothing else can work, you could still hold his family to ransom and get him to listen. Not so with bachelor wildcards like Modi and Yogi. They have nobody and nothing to check them with. They don't care about their progeny or the future of the society they leave behind for them.

In short, we must not elect Sith types - lone wolfs, penance doers, people making great "sacrifices" of all pleasures - into positions of power. Because power corrupts everyone.

If you think I'm going too far, take the Robert Hare psychopathy checklist : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psychopathy_Checklist

and check Modi against it.

http://www.independent.co.uk/news/business/hare-psychopathy-checklist-test-will-tell-if-someone-sociopath-a7439616.html

Also see for real research: http://www.hare.org/

The only thing Modi fails in that checklist is sex - there is no sex in Modi's life. Instead there is a lot of power. 100% kulcha. Full credit to him for that.

It is not to say that this is currently even widely considered a treatable medical condition, it is more of a personality trait at the moment. But in the coming decades, it will become more and more common to diagnose psychopaths as actually having a disorder.

This will lead to, gradually, change in power structures in corporate and public life. Almost all rich and powerful people today (CEOs, netas, powerful Babus, dons) are psychopaths.

About 1-4% of humans are supposed to have psychoapthic tendencies.

TL;DR: We have a psychopath ruling our country and his whole aim is attaining permanent fame and greatness and permanent power as long as he lives.
