I went to a salon for the first time a week ago. My hair was platinum but I couldn't do the touch up myself. All I needed was roots bleached and all over tone. Very easy. She bleached all of my hair (I have no idea why only roots needed to be done) and used 1 bottle of temporary toner. (I had to use 4 permanent toner bottles myself)

My hair melted off and is ruined. It's all yellow bleached now. I can't believe I paid $200 to get my hair ruined lol. I need to vet better. Found a good salon willing to help me out. My hair was virgin and so full before so I'm devastated

She was also incredibly rude and messy. She got bleach all over my clothes and winter coat

And for some reason I let her cut my hair. It was a trainwreck

So I feel you lol
