You asked for a new meta: here be it...

You'll probably want to go Harmony next. It both offsets penalties from 'bad' worlds and increases internal production further via happiness, as well as even more +growth rate. Although strictly you've already got some pretty insane production as is.

Consider:

Industrious: 15% Powered Exoskeleton 5% Strong 5% Mining Guilds(You don't start with it, but can take it later) 10% Fanatic Pacifist: 10%

35/40% Minerals. Even at the very start you've got 30%.

Now consider happy:

Communal 5% Inward Perfection 5% Harmony Finisher 10% Paradise Dome 10% Social Welfare 10%(You pick when the time's right to turn it on).

+40% happy. That's as much as the Bio-Trophies, who cost 3 Consumer Goods each(Your pops cost 1.50 each by default, but all of them are useful for everything). You can buy off the combo of Industrious/Strong/Communal with Sedentary/Deviants.

The real problem here is raw habitability hurting happy and production. You could theoretically drop Industrious for Adaptive and splice in Industrious later. But that might be straight worse, given the idea is industrial powerhouse.
