Assange Indicted Under Espionage Act, Raising First Amendment Issues

its on the complaint floating around, and obviously its just the complaint, but school, not girl is defendant, so there's only one side anyway, but complaint is 54 pages, there's a ton of fb messages that as an adult you see clingy, kind of nuts girl, a million red flags, they become fwbs, fb of i luv u.. freshman stuff... violent forcible rape with choking and slapping and no marks, went to a party that night no mood changes, didn't tell friends, was still a stage 5 clinger... there was no due process in the title 9, no lawyer, no defense, just her story, and she told it with no conviction... the way a 5 year old tells a lie that she went to disney world this afternoon while you took a nap...she didn't even try to convince anyone,.. except her two friends to also file claims, one was guy's ex said she felt like she owed him sex when they hung out ... other friend said he grabbed her ass once three years ago and forgot about it..both claims were dismissed, its so weird, so clueless. so guy is cleared, they can't talk about, she does, alot, tells jezebel or something she's afraid to walk out dormroom to see him, guy is in europe semester abroad, hints he fled the country... after meeting with prosecutors, where they said no thanks, she tweets I decided to not prosecute because they said it would take 9 months... those 54 pages were an absorbing read is all i can say. it's so strange in retrospect because i thought he did it. now, if you strip everything down to the fb messages and how clue less her two friends are about what sex harrasment are and a couple other things that are somewhat objective and trustworthy... maybe i'm not being critical enough, but even imagining the worst to fill in the gaps, it's hard to imagine the violent forcible rape happening consequence and drama free, a creepy alcohol related blurred lines, but choking, slapping forcible rape that neither prosecutors or investigator is willing to credit at all against a voiceless defendant is tough to overcome. sorry for the length.
