Assuming My Personality Is Unlikable, How Should I Conduct Myself At Work?

That sounds like optional things hosted by members of the company though. If so, we have those too. When I say the company doesn’t take a stance, I meant more that there isn’t a unified top down opinion on issues. Individual employees have a lot of discretion as long as they’re respectful to each other. Nobody prevents us from discussing politics in reasonable situations like among friends at work, or at optional events. We have groups that are political in nature and encourage those kinds of discussions, but they’re also optional. I mainly meant to say it’s inappropriate to force political beliefs on people at work, but not that they can’t be discussed when participation is voluntary.
