You probably also never returned something so heavy either. They do charge for returns. When they don't charge for returns it usually says"prime - free returns". This post did not. It only said "returns accepted".

Amazon does sell items with no refunds and they also sell items where you have to pay to return. And not just because of a change of mind. I specifically had to return a Miss Pac-Man machine that was damaged and it cost me $115 to send it back via FedEx. They gave me a $20 credit for my troubles. Now I will not buy anything off Amazon that does not say "free returns" for this exact reason. Again if something comes damaged, Amazon does not have to fulfill giving you a refund as it is the carriers problem if it's damaged and FedEx and UPS will fight you for months before paying out a claim. That's how I got my money back. Sending FedEx a video of the driver dropping my machine in my driveway. Before I sent in the video they refused.

I hope I'm wrong for all of your guys a sake, but this is the exact reason why I spent the extra $40 at walmart. They do charge for returns when they say returns accepted and it doesn't specifically say "free".
