Atheists that now believe in God, what made you change your mind?

I'm still an atheist after this event, but it sure changed my view about religion.

This happened in October 2017. Back then I had hyperthyroidism, and my values wouldn't stop going up.

So, my mom (she really believes in God) decided to take me with Padre Ignacio (a very "famous" priest in Argentina).

When we got to the church, at one point the mass has to go to him and ask him to pray for any sort of problem we have.

I told him "I have hyperthyroidism". He touched my neck and told me: "what are you talking about? You don't have anything".

My thyroids haven't given me a problem since then.

BTW: sorry for my bad spelling. I speak spanish.
