I feel like I'm losing my mind the way people talk about Forspoken, like the dialogue isn't nearly as bad as people suggest

The trailer was bad, the first 3 or so hours of the game is really rough, but the rest of it is fine enough writing wise. Past the intro Frey doesn't even swear that much, I find the cuff to be way more insufferable than she ever was.

And that criticism has bled into an overall bad image of a game that I think folks should play (on sale) because it has some of the best magic combat in a video game and a decent overall story.

I just cannot believe a perfectly fine 7/10 game is causing this much discourse, seems like it's happening with Atomic Heart too
