My point is this whole article you posted is a marketing statement pretty much, for state agencies to go with At&t instead of Verizon. At&t as a whole doesn't care about it's customers at all the same goes for the other three providers this puts more pressure on at&t to act instead of not acting due to the firstnet contract

If At&t truly cared about there customers then they'd fix all the customer support issues but they haven't and management is awful the website is complete and utter garbage again this could be said the same for all the other providers

When At&t stayed up during the hurricane in Florida immediately they ran ads immediately about how great there reliability was and customers switched due to that

I don't really see the point defending them here or any company for that matter
