Their points are not logical at all, are you serious? I'll go through them one by one:
This is ridiculous. First, women are not always the primary caregiver. Second, just because a MARRIED COUPLE has an arrangement while they are married does not mean that a divorced father doesn't deserve equal time with his kids. They made the decision that was best for their family at the time.
Are you serious? This is irrelevant. Fathers are parents too and they deserve equal time with their children.
So, because men and women sometimes argue...women should be default primary care providers because....why exactly?
Courts already consider this. This doesn't need to be stated and is irrelevant to normal situations.
The fact that you think these reasons seems logical is pretty appalling. None of those are good reasons.
