For the US, E3 visa would be your best bet but yes you would need to find an employer who’s willing to sign the letter of sponsorship. It is an easy process once you found a sponsor.

However, what a lot of ppl don’t have insights on are the current trends and activities amongst the recruiting industry. Most companies would prefer not to sponsor foreigners. And if they do, they would also give high preference to candidates that graduated from highly ranked US universities or had done internships or OPT within the US.

I know a lot of Aussies had to work for second or third tier companies in order to obtain sponsorships and usually ended up not getting the career progression, experience and salary they expected.
