I'm from a small Canadian Atlantic town, and winters are bad here. Lots of snow and -40 celcius temps. Driving in harsh weather, especially a full-blown blizzard, takes a certain amount of experience.

Immigrants ride around on summer tires, in flip flops, they don't adapt their driving to road conditions AT ALL. It's not bad enough that they're a public danger during other seasons by not respecting basic traffic laws...

The worst ones are from a local trucking company, which hires 90% of immigrants to drive 18-wheelers. The amount of massive accidents they cause every time there's snowfall is unbelievable.

And the real kicker? They don't even need to pass a drivers test when immigrating here. They just transfer their license from their originating country, and off they go.
