I'll tell you a lot of stuff in that book isn't right, and I haven't read enough of it to comment on the matter. But what you said there is really the thing, a lot of the stuff in there regarding woman's rights and stuff is ignored by liberal people because they know better than that and because they know that its wrong, and like I said, I'm not a expert on Islam or Muslim beliefs, and I don't know what the Quoran demands of followers of Islam fully, but like I said some of it isn't right, especially the stuff regarding how to run the state and how to treat women, but I could say the same thing for Christianity, buuut not to the same affect, firstly I won't pretend to know much about Christianity because I don't, but things like abortion and gay marriage that are becoming more and more normal in this liberal society aren't exactly matching with Christianity, and one day Christianity may be less compatible with Society, but for now it is integrable into Western society, and its because these states were built on Christian values derived from the Christian faith, thats the difference between Islam and Christianity, Islam talks about a lot of stuff such as state, and like I said I'm not sure whether or not Christianity has its own theocracy on the same level as Sharia law, but that in order to integrate into Western society, Muslims need be liberal enough to realise that Sharia law isn't absolutely the correct form of government if they even believe it is a just form of government, the thing is that when you say Islam, you are talking about the entire Muslim community.

Please stop conflating "Islam" with "all Muslims." See, the thing is, like I said earlier, you can be Muslim but not believe all factors of Islam, but when you use the word Islam, you are referring, by default, to all Muslims, no matter how liberal or conservative their beliefs are.

Lastly, I'm trying to say stuff on how it is, the people who lead those conservative states are disgusting people and in the alternate historical timeline that would've happened if the West hadn't picked them up, they might've still existed, though the fact remains their influence on the middle east wouldn't have been as strong and things today wouldn't have been conservative, I'm not just blaming the West, I'm saying that both that it wasn't the West's fault they were given with a shit political situation to fight with, it's the Monarch's fault for being such bastards, It's just that it sucks that things ended up this way.
