Sure it's nice simple advice and NO ONE is stupid enough to think he meant, "you'd better not mess with the status quo unless you're personally perfect in small inconsequential ways." He meant there are a lot of us who are screaming out at the world and would DEFINITELY be better served by cleaning ourselves up. But it doesn't mean in your spare time don't go to rallies. Hell that's already happening. He s just saying clean your room and it'll move you one step closer to being the better person we all wish we were.
