Auto curing?

Once you chop, if you keep your room in the correct climate you shouldn't have to check on them more than once or twice a day if that. You might need ac unit/heater or de/humidifier depending on your climate, that's going to be the biggest thing for you.

Ideally, 60F/60%rh is perfect for drying IMO, if you can't get the exact temps that's fine, but shoot for as close as you can. rh% is a bit more important, you really don't want to drop below 55%, it stops/slows the chlorophyll breakdown making it a bit harsher smoke.

Once you're done drying and put in your jars (or container of choice) just make sure your rh% stays around 60% (58-62). Burp once/twice a day for the first week or two, then once a day for a week. Then every few days for two weeks, then you can let them sit in "storage" for a while.

Only way it gets more automated is if you've got jars that burp themselves.
