Not here to bust your balls, just trying to help. I would recommend going into the appointments booked with custom labors and rescheduling them into the same time slots with whatever actual labor SKU is being used so you can get the proper credit for them. based on what I’m seeing you have more than enough work to justify additional headcount, it’s just a matter of making sure you’re getting credit for the work you’re doing. Communication on how this stuff works on the backend has been admittedly terrible (not my call, sorry) and there’s a lot of ways you can screw yourself over if you don’t understand it.

My bad on the schedule blocks, I didn’t check who actually scheduled them. Do me a favor and delete them rather than completing them after that day has passed though.
