In Avengers: Age of Ultron, Ultron goes into the internet for 5 seconds before realizing humanity can't be saved. What do you think he saw?

I am mildly surprised that that is the case in IT; I work for the government, and the percentage of people with stellar CVs that turn out to be worthless toxic idiots has been incredibly high. Of course I am speaking solely from my own experience, and there has been numerous exceptions, but there I can't say that there isn't a correlation. Now I thought this was because people that seek to move to the public sector from high-paying private sector jobs tend to be washed out. So I am a bit surprised that that is the case in IT.

One more thing I realized after I started working: character really fucking counts, because there are enough people in the world with sufficient talent to do the job; character naturally becomes the deciding factor.
