Also known as the ginger cop, or batman. Known for his Scottish accent, and being an "annoying" cop, also a good RPer but you knew you were fucked when he'd pull you over.

His trademark is the Evo police car. Always fighting for the right side and chasing criminals. Usually involved in long chases in trying to get back the police cars stolen by lirik.
He was also the one that... sigh took out lirik from the hunger games this year. He also won this competition.

Leader of The Suits, probably the best gang in Lakeside. Last seen in the Red Wedding episode when him and his gang took out all the guests in the church. About the suits can be said they took out most of the gangs, and had numerous gun fights with the police. They do everything that is illegal in Lakeside from kidnappings, robberies to even taking control of certain parts of Lakeside(yes these guys took over the prison so many times that you can't count). Bad to have them against you so you better pay that protection money to them.
About Brian, he's a very powerful man in Lakeside and married in game to Eva.
