Awkward Question

I'm in the UK and yes I've considered legal action, the problem is in malpractice suits you have three years to bring a claim, (something I was unaware of), which means that by keeping complaints within the NHS and the ombudsman that I'm out of time.

There is still a possibility of doing so, exceptions can be made, but finding a solicitor willing to take the case when the odds are so slim is incredibly difficult.

Their excuse for the diagnosis was, "it's the only way to get you the orchidectomy which you seek", which of course is nonsense, the correct route for people with testicular pain is GP>Urology, regardless of identity, (unless the problem is gid related, and then it's GP>GIC).

To be perfectly honest, all I actually want, all I've ever wanted is appropriate treatment, an admission of wrong doing and a genuine apology from the principle players.

It's looking likely I'll finally get treatment now I've started finding medics to support me, as for the rest, I'll most likely have to do without.
