AZ - Is this worth sinking money into, or should I just find a new job?

"A 'hostile work environment' is a workplace where there are serious instances of harassment and discrimination against protected characteristics such as race, color, religion, sex and pregnancy, national origin, age (40 or older), disability or genetic information."

I've taken classes on a federal level about things like this and I know what a hostile work environment is by definition. Like I said I left out a lot of details, and chasing after a coworker after they have left a hostile situation to diffuse it and then to continue belittling them and yelling at them most definitely constitutes as a hostile work environment and if I took it to HR instead being sidelined by boss, would have most likely been taken seriously. So what would you say you know what a hostile work environment is?
