Baalke's draft numbers put up against some other fellas in the league.

Hyde looks good this year, but he's yet to play a full 16 game schedule as the starter.

You can't exempt injuries when evaluating a draft because Baalke knowingly draft guys with injury issues. It's a big risk/big reward situation. If Lattimore could have became Adrian Peterson 2.0 we'd all praise Baalke, but he didn't and (as cruel as it sounds) it ultimately was a wasted 4th round pick. The same goes for all the other Injured Reserve draftees. Those picks could have been someone else without a history of injury problems. Maybe one or two of them pan out, and we don't have to sign guys like Jordan Devey. These Baalke drafts have tons of potential, but potential doesn't win games.

You're right that good teams with good coaches usually get more games played/pro-bowls/years played out of their drafts. Acquiring, developing, managing, and properly utilizing those talents need to be in balance for a team to be successful year after year. But who's in charge of hiring all those people, or at the very least in charge of hiring the people that hire all those people? If they are failing to develop talent, why are they still employed? If Baalke can't find the right personnel after 7 years, then maybe he's the problem?
