Backbiting Coworkers

If that type of error was being made and the employee refused to improve him or herself I think that is a waste of your time and the agency time of beating around the bush. I would be direct and let your supervisor know of their shortcoming. I have no problem letting my supervisor know if someone is not performing or needs improvement at work. The bottom line is we have a lot of work to do and if someone doesn’t do their part, someone else has to hold the extra weight. I let my supervisor know and I don’t mind calling out folks that are not engaged, not trying to improve, or not communicating. Obviously try to consult with them first, but after sometime you have to be direct with supervisor who needs to deal with it.
