Bad at eating breakfast. Advice on making it easier to eat in AM?

Hmm, I'm curious where you got that information from. I study nutrition at university. /u/OrderOfStego, breakfast is actually a very important meal, if not one of the most important. Believe it or not, sleeping is actually a form of fasting, so when you wake up it's important to get your glucose levels up and incorporate other important nutrients in there as well. Oatmeal is always a great choice. It's full of fiber, and is cheaper if you make it yourself instead of prepackaged. Also, watch for prepackaged oatmeal that is high in sugar. I will sometimes opt for the Quaker "lower sugar" instant oatmeal. Eating store brand cheerios with milk and blueberries or bananas (or any choice of fruit) is also a great idea. Or, if you're feeling up to it, make yourself an omelet with green and red peppers, mushrooms, onions, whatever you'd like. These options won't really break the bank and will keep you feeling better throughout the day. I wouldn't advise skipping any meals.
