then Sweden is the best choice, family is prio number one in Sweden (even more than Germany I would say) and above EVERYTHING else. Families spending time together is encouraged as well this is why schools close during the school period so families can go travel together. I had colleagues with kids who where taking time off to go travel with their kids last February.
