And yet you are unable to list any of them. You are unable to specifically point out where Biden moved away from what he campaigned on. The one example you list, Biden was touting before Bernie even dropped out of the race. Rather you throw a 110 page PDF at someone and expect them to make your argument for you.

Beginning to read on page 31 and a lot of that sounds like it's boilerplate right off of his website and what he has campaigned for all along.
