Balancing Running with Lifting

I am part of this 3 month challenge and part of it is meeting with a dietician at our gym.

It was also a trainers birthday who leads circuit training today. So I made peanut butter oatmeal cookie sandwhiches to bring in for his birthday. And it didn’t Dawn on me that walking into an appointment with a registered dietician with a huge ass box full of baked goods may not be a good idea.

She saw me walk in and turned red she was laughing so hard “I have never had this happen to me”. She loved it. She also told me to not change how I eat unless I want to lose some fat; however I am at a healthy body comp right now. She said if I wanted to gain more muscle then I should up my protein and also recommended me taking vitamin D supplements. She said that May-September I won’t need to because I run outside enough I would be fine. But overall I was happy with the appointment
