I just understand your perspective and the frustration of others advice. People always have some nonsensical examples of “one guy they know” who is short, bald, overweight, but has a magic personality...and blah blah. I’ve seen how much a difference it makes, experienced the cruelest of comments, rejections etc. I have three degrees, was military, was ripped (not now), am private pilot, cool hobbies and it was never enough to overcome the combination of my height and hairloss.

For the guys it works for, even if they are on the shorter side, had something that compensated, usually darker skin, very symmetrical face, or in unusual cases, extremely charismatic, but the last thing is such a rarity and is something you just have or do not.
