Get the ball girl.

But are you then also in the no third world countries camp? Just force them to stop reproducing? Why does a human deserve to suffer but not the cow? And if it's simply a question of saying we must work at raising those peoples quality of life, why can't the same be said for cows? And what about in the meantime? Is it worth those people suffering for the next 200 years just so their descendents can have decent lives? And if so, can't you argue it's okay for cows to suffer another 200 years until we figure out raising their quality of life?

I dunno, of course you could argue the question of the cow existing would never be in question if humans hadn't created that potential in the first place, and I agree most people could stand to eat less meat, I just feel like it's complicated.

Lab grown meat shouldn't be too far away at least and it generally only takes about 3 generations for that kind of thing to be accepted by the majority even if people find it strange at first.
