But you cannot pick person and say since this one vegan guy won this competition, all vegans are stronger than meat eaters. Lets not forget the basic science that protein is a basic necessity of human body and taking protein just through vegan sources is either too expensive or too time consuming.

For a daily joe or even for athletes, a chicken breast is way more affordable and filling with sufficient amount of protein and BCAA's required for enhanced performance if I compare it to any vegan source of protein or vegan protein powders.
