It's my understanding (limited it may be) that most military weapons are are specifically designed to wound. Its more effective to wound a person, have 2 of his buddies drag them out and then have their governing body provide medical resources to help the wounded. 3 men down and a drain on resources. So when Trudeau talks about weapons designed to kill as many people as possible in the shortest time he has no idea what hes talking about even more so. Where as my rifle that I hunt with (winchester model 70 in .300 win mag) is designed to kill as quickly as possible by firing a large powerful cartridge to be as humane as possible. Am I missing something?
