Here's what's happening: People are individually refusing to have their personal bodies violated by a rape injection.
The job loss is just a perk.
Most of these people barely muster up the juice to make it into work on a daily basis, year after year, for these relatively average wage and thankless positions. They were fear mongered throughout the last 18 months but survived.

They know they ran the gauntlet and are entirely capable of continuing to do so without sacrificing the last thing they have control of - their bodies. They care about their bodies and understand there is nothing but risk of harm to submit to the vax rape.
We don't want them to be vax raped either, and appreciate their good judgement.
