Bank N26 seeks to block the creation of a works council

land of hypocrisy and despair, startups in Germany (in general) are becoming worst and worst... We keep listening to the tale of "lets make an effort, this is family, we do things together, we support each other, etc..." but in the end of the day is really an excuse to pay less, justifying it with a fruit basked, parties and a video game... Startups are losing their meaning and becoming cheap labour with very little boundaries I worked for 3 VCs and many startups I can tell I see this happening everyday, happened to me.

When I told one of my former employers I was member of the Union (IG METALL) they freaked out, they were consumed by a nonsense fear, that was after they decided to fire me 2 days before my probation just to not to have to pay few vacation days and salary (once I have quite 2 months before offering to stay 2 extra months if they wanted and they accepted)
