Bar owner says health-conscious customers who only order tap water are ruining her business

That’s funny bc in my travels in Northern Europe + Switzerland they are always bragging about “how good their tap water is compared to the US.” AirBNB hosts and friends I’ve met specifically point it out. They’ll say “and you can drink from the tap bc the water here is so clean! Our countries care about clean tap water!” They’ll say, “are you able to drink from the tap in the US?” (Which obviously wildly varies by state/city).

So bc of this, when I go out to eat in these European cities, I have zero problem ordering tap water bc “the water is so good there.”

I don’t want to order anything else and I don’t drink anything else on a regular basis (besides maybe wine). Sodas and other artificial sweet drinks are so bad for you. Give me the tap and also contribute to the health of the environment.
