Being respectful isn't conditional on whether your role is a paid position or volunteer role

So, my initial geuine question about modding doesn't get answered and then you try to shut me down?

The issue isn't about being here 24/7. It's about inconsistent application of the rules, in general. This.happens.all.the.time. Posts are left up for weeks, forever without a reminder to adhere to the rules-there are examples here.
