Barlow, The Scaler

Format the passive so i can read it plz. I had to reread the line like 12 times to figure out that the passive is just call "descale" and it triggers off your champs autos. Also instead of picking up scales to sell for 35 gold why dont you just have them as a walk-over object like thresh souls, he gets like 5 or 10 gold per scale.

Q: Why does he dash backwards? What is going on here? Is it like he jumps and hit something, dealing damage and applying a passive stack? It only slows if they're moving in the opposite direction of... the dash? so running at him?

W: Generic AoE. OK

E: Reverse-Thresh-hook. Sure, though calling it a fishing spear is silly.

R: Pretty similar to Highlander I guess, general Steroid.

Overall: I dont see anything bad about the kit, but nothing really that interesting. I dont really see what kind of role you're trying to fill, you have some numbers but not really enough to tell me if he could actually be an assassin. Is he supposed to be bursty? then I feel like the steroid to his attack range and AS is counte-intuitive. He feels kind of like Gangplank, a bunch of abilities just kind of tossed together. It looks like you had a theme, put the theme into the passive and then threw in some abilities that you thought were cool or filler.

Overall it's hard to make a champion around gold generation because in the context of League Gold is a means to an end. I think if you really wanted to push the gold hunter theme then you would want him to be a support tank, give him passive ways to gain gold and debuff/buff your allies (though then you end up a LOT like Taric). You could also make him like a marksman who is trying to hunt down big game so he can sell it. Give him some anti-armor steroids that allow him to be a tank buster.

There's potential here, but I'm not sure where you're going yet, which is probably why you haven't gotten a lot of feedback. Your design needs more focus.
