I think they all feel desperate at this point mate, not just Messi. Real Madrid winning it 3 in a row is what caused that desperation in the entire club and fanbase. Losing at Anfield was a tremendous blow and just goes to show you can't just put it all on one man. Valverde hardly has a system in place, he relies heavily on Messi's creativity, and when he's nullified because the midfield collapses, well then having 2 players that are great in those situations is key. Messi created like 8 chances, some very clear ones at that. Suarez has a horrendous track record in away cl matches - can't trust him with finishing away. With someone like Neymar at least 1 goes in, thats 100% certain.
