based on the reviews I have mostly good. some of are far fetched lies. would anyone personally clear their account and start from scratch?

I adjust prices according to the time of season. I'm trying to stay competitive with others around me. yes I agree. 29 is not worth it. but I do charge 12 extra per extra guest and a 15 cleaning fee but still. yea im trying very hard with this. this is my first year into and trying to learn as much as I improve in whatever it takes to satisfy guest. but your not the only person to advise me on that which is a little depressing to hear but maybe I guess you guys are right. I mean I make great money as a GM I just want to invest in other things to make more so that's how I got into this.

since my last bad review up until now I have made a couple changes. I know I need to ditch the air mattress and get real ones. I just like the idea of having something compact that I can store away. *I have repainted a nice dark gray color in the whole entire house. *I have regrouted the tile in my tire house and applied a semi gloss sealant that looks fantastic *I built a privacy fence in my back yard. * I replaced all my light switches with rocker updated nice switches and smart voice activated switches that dim *As we speak I'm installing crown molding through out my house. last I'm going to upgrade my kitchen appliances.

I youtube all these projects and surprisingly came out looking professionally done. I'm trying now I'm at the point to possibly start all over since I'm just about finished renovating
