My first bank interview was with CommBank. I knew what the STAR format was, practised how to use it.... but my time at Woolies did not give me any good, or even believable scenarios at all. I ended up exaggerating 2 stories for the interview, and it obviously cost me. I don't know how to use any stories at Woolies for interviews.

Sales roles admittedly take up most of my call centre applications. I need to stop that, because they really don't appeal to me and I just apply out of habit.

No, it was a family emergency when I was overseas in August. I did do volunteer work in South America earlier last year for 2 months, though. It looks odd on my resume.
