Basic movement Tips

No sir, I have never said it is impressive.

However for the type of work I have done through these years, It is good. Because almost all of the workouts I have done was explosive power. For example I have never done really slow deadlift to maximise my strength. Almost all of my bench presses were 0103 (explosive push - sometimes with smith machine to push it further than catch it -, really slow down movement, then push again)

Other type we did was around %30 weight with quarter squat but all of them are jumping.

Only in the first 2 months maybe, we workout for size and strength. And these numbers are from that period of my training. I have never been the strongest, but I was one of the fastest, and the one who can jump highest. So this kind of weights were enough for me, right now Im not sprinting, and I am doing pre strength workout (Im close to my PBs easily and I want to see how far I can go with 3 days a week light training), and while I was checking my old workouts I have seen my tips lists. I have tons of them for running, weight lifting, plyometrics, starting from blocks, even for push ups. These are not introductory things to be honest, just mostly the things my coaches reminded me, and some simple points to remind myself. For example while sprinting, he was always screaming "high kneeees". And when I open the sprint page, there is huge "high knees" So if I tell someone high knees it will not work. Because of the other things in the running, also how high..

So I am so sorry that maybe this list is not what it meant to be here. But thanks for input to all of you, maybe I need to spend time to make these lists for everyone. (a lot more clear and spesific). Yesterday I have checked where are my shoulders when I was doing DL. And it looked like back of the shoulders were on the bar. But my coach were always saying lean a bit forward and feel your shoulders in the bar (because he wanted me to chest up). But when I saw shouldrs on the bar, it wont help :)

Thank you again.
