Why don't we help them help themselves instead of allowing them to panhandle tax payers money since yk they do that already. Hows about we do that for people who are homeless who haven't decided to just up and become ghosts because whether or not people like to speak on it, nearly 50% of the "homeless" people speak of are gamblers, addicts, scam artists, and faking it to get free money.

I was homeless at one point, went all around, here and there are some heavy den/colony spots and about 5-6/10 chose that life or only stayed there to count the money they made and dip into regular clothing and a car to there wife or husband and kids at the end of the day or were alcoholics and addicts, fake cripples, etc. 2/10 of those people were there because the world gave them a shitty hand no matter how hard they worked for a better life, they themselves didn't cause their homelessness. Some people but very small amount in comparison to the majority were war veterans, lost everything in the 09 market crash, or were effected by things out of their own self control.

I disagree with the catering to them for most things, it should not be good to be homeless. It should be shameful and disgraceful.. in order to give these people incentive to get out the situation they are in and to never return so they may become productive citizens to their communities and not return to the same habits because people want to "help"/enable them to continue to be in the same place. All the hate on me because I had nothing was my motivation to never ever get to that point.
