Batman Beyond and Spider-Man 2099 by Dan Mora

If I remember correctly Batman Beyond came from the 2040 run DC did where they took certain characters and rebooted them in the year 2040. Batman and the Phantom are the only ones I remember without looking them up.

Meanwhile Marvel launched their 2099 line of titles. It was a future where corporations took over all governments and for some reason all heroes died out in a war no one really remembered. In the comics and certain cartoons this was an alternate timeline/ dimension of Earth 616. I'm sure that's been retconned a few different ways by now.

The DC line didn't really last too long I don't think. I didn't really read it. Batman Beyond was a great show and Miguel O'Hara is one of the most interesting Spider-Men in my opinion. I'd love to see this team up. Also Doom 2099 rocked!
