Hiding things behind a grindwall won't "make them stay longer" It'll do the opposite. If you had any brain then you'd listen to the players who've spent 1000+ hours playing Planetside 2

You guys are losing veteran players left and right because the game isn't getting any better for them, the bullshit they have to put up with on a daily basis and no brand new content for them to try turns them away. How do I know this? Because I play the game, and I play it as if it was my god damn job. I'm active on the server I play on, and I know what happens to other outfits.

I'm not trying to bash you Muldoon, but you guys should really start consulting what's left of the Veterans of Planetside 2. You cannot just make decisions in the office without telling the community what's happening, DCarey practically hid his intentions with the game and got away with it.

If you really want to know and want to take the community's feedback, then poll your current priorities with the game. See what the players really want to see, do not leave them in the dark about this.

The current new player experience is shit, but you shouldn't be doing what you've done in the past and work on something then say "It'll be better in the future, we promise" because that hasn't worked AT ALL for Planetside 2, and if you still haven't gotten that message, then something is wrong.

I was somewhat surprised how much positivity I've seen since the acquisition, but so far from what you've said all the new changes seems to mean nothing and it's as if the same management was in place and quite literally nothing has changed at all.

Start listening your community more, stop keeping things in the dark, it's not going to get any better unless you start doing so.
