Bayern agrees with the Agent of Timo Werner about a Transfer to Munich in 2019 or 2020 (Falk/tier 1 for Bayern)

Bayern are not doing anything 'wrong' at all. Not sure what I said that was quite so controversial. I disagree that anything is likely to trickle down from Bayern to the rest any time soon, but I hear your point.

Why not Bayern AND several other top clubs? Like La Liga. People were genuinely excited seeing Schalke last season and Hoffenheim played some exciting games in the CL. I feel like a more stable crop of good Bundesliga teams would be more beneficial than a single elite Bayern. That only helps Bayern make more money. (Similarly Leipzig had a good team a few seasons and people got excited about them and their players but I know nobody likes the RB crap and it's a bad subject or example. They also had many players poached.)

I think you agree that a small group of top quality and recognisable teams is better than one elite club no? For the quality of football and future prospects of the league and teams. We just disagree about the best way to get there.
